No guide, but can give you some info!
Drain and fill bolts are both on the drivers side. You can get to them from the wheel arch. The drain bolt has a 1/4 inch drive hole in it, the fill bolt is above and to the left slightly (and the same 17mm fitment as the main sump bolt - you can even use the same washers). There should be around 2 litres of MTF in the box. The holes the driveshafts push into are normally high enough you can swap shafts without loosing too much MTF, but if you're taking the box off, I'd deffo drain it first or you'll have a huge mess to clean up! Removing the driveshafts should just involve a lot of pulling, wiggling and potentially some sort of prying tool.
