4G Exhausts - JDM/UK Differences?

Would a UK 4G exhaust fit a JDM car? Think I might have found a stock exhaust for my car but not sure if its from a UK spec car or if its JDM.

The cat and mid section are different lengths on the UK and JDM 4G, you need to replace them together if you're using an exhaust from an import on a UK car or vice-versa
