Right then guys, better get this started early so it's not a mad panic and also to secure track time for once!

Can a mod make this a sticky please?

Given Rob has a new addition to his family and also starting a new job, I am working with him to organise this year's Japfest stand.
CAN YOU ALL PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS BELOW – I DON’T WANT TO REPEAT MYSELF
Ok, details are as follows (mostly copy and pasted from last year):
ORGANISATION
As with last year I’ve decided to put myself forward for organising the stand, track time, monies, tickets, stand passes, and so on for both clubs - Prelude UK, Lude Generation and Lude Behaviour. It's my local show and I'd like to see as many people there as possible and having done it a couple of times now, am familiar with the process. Any objections…you can kiss my rear!

We will have a joint stand as we did last year. This gives us a bigger stand area for the rarity that is the Honda Prelude. Own a scooby and you'd be in a club space of 100+. Lets unite people! 2012 saw the largest number at Japfest nearing 30 ludes. Let's smash the 30 figure this year!
WHO IS THE CLUB STAND FOR?
IT IS FOR EVERYONE! (preferably with a Prelude!

There is always an impression that people get that there car isn't good enough, that the club stand is for the elite only. Not the case, it is an area for our cars - that means all members, no matter what condition or state of modification your car is in. If your with LB or PUK and are coming along to Japfest then get your name down and money sent.
It also gets you into and out of the show quicker I personally find - rather than having to queue and park in the public car park. And depending on where the stand location is may give you a shorter walk to the main show area - or next to the best viewing corner of the track - Quarry corner like we were last year. People come off here a lot - very deceiving bend - everyone likes a little drama!

CLUB STAND PASSES
How much?
This year is all change from last year in the way the deal with tickets, mainly in an effort to prevent the queuing problems of last year.
THERE ARE NO TICKETS FOR CLUB MEMBERS
Basically, this year you buy your stand pass. This will cost you £20.
However.......this entitles you (the driver) and another 3 passengers entry! This means if you carry 3 passengers, you can split the cost to £5 each. Slightly more expensive than last year if you're on your own, but cheaper if you bring people in your car!
In addition to the £20 per stand pass I also need £1.75 to cover some envelopes and recorded 1st class post to send you your ticket. Unfortunately they all get sent to me in one batch and it’s quite a task to send them out to everyone. I got stung on some of this cost last year, so this is a MUST!
So that’s:
£20 per stand pass + £1.75 = £21.75.
If you’re ordering two stand passes, please only pay the additional £1.75 once. E.g:
2 x £20 + £1.75 = £41.75.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
So, once the monies are all in by the deadlines, the club stand will be booked with the organisers. Then during the month of April they finish organising the layouts and get the various media printed. I should receive the tickets and stand passes a week or two before the show. As soon as I get them, I will re-post them out to everyone hopefully with time before the show so your ready to drive up with the ticket and stand pass and be directed in.
They normally post a map to show the area we’ll be located in the month running up to the show. As soon as someone spots it, we’ll post it up on here.

I think that's everything. Any information on the show can be found on the website - the link is the Title at the top of this post.

Just PM/Call/Text/Email if you have any questions.
Cheers,
Adam
