red 5th near Zakopane, Poland

Post by simoncider » Fri Jan 04, 2013 5:59 pm

seen whilst passing in a bus, hence no chance for a picture.
it had a spoiler, no lip kit, and no markings on the rear.
pretty excited to see it though!!

think i saw a black 4th about an hour south of Krakow (on the way to Zakopane), which is exciting because i think that's the first 4th i've ever seen in real life! (i know!)

i know!
tbh, i'd never heard of a prelude a few years ago, and have only been looking at this glorious website for a few months, i've been looking out for a 4th, but there's clearly not many (if any?) here in North Hampshire. Maybe i'm just not getting out enough!!

yeah, it looked good! well, the town looked good, i was only there for a few hours. weather was pretty bad, so no idea what the mountain is like.
anyone been skiing in Poland? Looks like it could be an awesome cheap alternative if the pistes are alright!

yeah I went snowboarding in poland, not a spectacular mountain range like austria

but it was good enough sized area, and decent amount of snow

that's the thing isn't it, a big mountain range isn't the most important thing for a weeks holiday, anywhere can be amazing if you get lucky with the snow. i had a week in Bulgaria that was rubbish, can't fault the resort but the snow just didn't turn up. small mountain and only a third of it was open, we did every run on the first day..
but then i had a week in a little Italian resort, dumped just before we got there, one of the best weeks ever!
just need the dream combination of good snow and mega cheap restaurants!
