How to remove 5g sunroof?

As above, I need to take my sunroof out. Does it in bolt from underneath inside the car (meaning removing headline) or from the top?

just wondering, does the 4g-5g glass sunroof swap give you a little extra headroom?

You need to remove the headlining and have someone with you when you take out the last bolt. They are fairly heavy if they land on your head.
