accord type r intake on a 5g

a mate of mine has a type r intake mani and throttle body with egr valve injectors fuel rail and all sensors. can i put this on my 98 2.2 lude easily or is it a right pain in the ass? help please :D

I assume that wud mean a new ecu etc, could be a nice future project though :)
