Oil feed out of turbo into sump. Oil cooler is just inline with whats being pumped around the engine which includes what drains back into the sump from the turbo.

plus surely the oil will be at its hottest as it leaves the turbo so surely its a better place to have it plumbed in :geek:

Let me explain in terms you will understand. Its like trying to get a t bone off a pigs leg. It aint going to work  why dont you want to take the sump off ?

You need a large bore pipe thats completely unrestricted and gravity fed from the turbo to the sump, the last thing you want is your turbo bearings/journals sat in a pool of oil as you will burn through the oil in no time. You also want the return feed welded on above the oil level to stop the oil backing up through the preturn pipe.
