my little baby started out in life as a FG Marder Race 1/6th 23cc CY engine.
now she has a converted 1/5th chasis, full race 2500w monster shocks, front disc brake conversion, 30.5cc
Zenoah chainsaw engine, clutchless walboro carb and ajustable LSD rear diff ;)

so now she is a FG Pajero Race +

so LLL your Nitro may take off quicker but you can not outrun 80MPH so when i do catch you

hmmm, I may rethink my bravado at the time

But for now! Im thinking we could have a couple of different tracks marked out. a drag strip, a long circuit, a short circuit with jumps etc..

I got hold of my mates Truggy this evening. it needs a new clutch and the engine tuning up and running in  but we will then have three contenders at least.

I have a .28 with disc brakes on both axles  its spent more time in bit on the table than ragging about if im honest :?

the terrain will make things like top speed irrelevant. its going to be about handling and accelleration. (though the 60 meter dragstrip should be a laugh

I've only got an electric on-road (with drift tyres) - if you can find a nice large, smooth area of tarmac... ;)

lewd lude lover wrote: @bucks: Im not sure if its the big 1/5 scale. maybe 1/8 or 1/6. Its bloody fast and has petrol power. much more stable than bloody nitro. I normally get about 3/4 of a tank through and it throws a fit and wont start for a while. I think maybe i should richen it up a bit.
what .28 engine are you running? like you say sounds like the mixtures are a little out. only put about 8 tanks through sinse running this engine in but now its set up its pretty good, i rarely have to touch it when having a blast which has been the same for most of the other engines :) .

I'll go and play out on the tarmac with Adam then....with the cars!

Took my little NSX out for a spin the other day in the street - damn it's quick! It can drift too! Need to get some drift tyres like Adam's. 8-)

My mistake, I have a .21 and my friend nick has the .28. We have the set of hobbyport VRX. I have the VRX2 buggy and he has the VRX1 truggy.

they are GO engines.

Iv been fiddling with mine a bit and its running smoother :D
