@sol-lude he's pretty confident it's the one you need, I'll find out but won't be till about 10pm as he works late.

@c_doughty1thats fine, @bluejackhustler has just confirmed my biggest worry so this is the last hope before i just curl up in a ball and cry all weekend. Not a problem just when he has a chance to find out would be a massive help.

hint to all dont let someone who thinks they know what they are doing touch any important part of your car without knowing for sure....then again sure most of the guys on here will know that already and this is my learning curve

guys thank you all very much for your help with this i will be keeping it handy but @c_doughty1 has been able to source me a 4 plugged ECU. which i will be getting someone who knows what they are doing to out the chip in.
