Fitted the radiator and the screen today! Woop. Filled the radiator up and fitted the Spoon cap. Heats up nicely and the hoses stiffen up with the pressure, they didn't with the previous radiator/cap.
No cap as I was running the engine at the time to see if there was any air in the system. I fitted the cap when none appeared

And the fans fit perfectly! On the previous radiator (the other type of radiator for the 4th gen, must be for UKDMs?) I had to make some brackets up. The fans haven't come on yet though, even when the aircon was turned on the one fan didnt start, so somethings amiss... Need to get them tested then work backwards to find out why

Or maybe I didn't run it for long enough...
And the new screen. I'm still deciding what to do with the cigarette lighter hole, whether I re-wire the screen power supply and the pc ignition switch (connected to the pc power supply) and refit the cigarette lighter, or put something else there, like a USB port.
I need to take these pics when its lighter outside

The screen could be slightly further into the console, but that means hacking it up to remove some bits on the side and I dont want hack another one up!

Definately looks more OEM in person
So, still to do:
- Re-wire amp/pc wiring down center of car
- Fit heated seat elements
- Replace oil
- Fit exhaust manifold heat wrap
- Replace passenger side driveshaft (lots of play on inner joint )
- Replace passenger side front lower control arm bush at the subframe (ordered)
- Get new mats (Indigolemon No, thats not the colour )
- Re-wire VTEC lights (disconnected at the moment)
- Fit the cooling plate
I didnt do the heat wrap as I forgot to buy metal clips

So thats another job, may have to remove the downpipe from the car then, or try and remove the aircon fan and see how much space there is then.
