H22 Swapped DC2
H22 Swapped DC2
Thought i'd post up on here and introduce myself as ive been on here a while for various info but not realy added anything. I have also had quite a few ATRs and tons of parts so probably have some bits of interest to you guys (listed some ATR inlet manis up last week).
Anyway bit about my cars/Hondas, admittedly ive never owned a lude although I do like the 4G and would like to own one at some point, however I have had 10-12 ATRs (lost count ) Most of which ended up split for parts, also 2 JDM 96 DC2s, one sold, one I still have as a rebuild project, an S2000 and a H22A7 swapped JDM 98 DC2 (last 3 are my current cars)
So a bit about the one of most interest H22 DC2. The engine started off in an ATR which had previously been built by Rich at PA to a very nice spec, making around 280bhp NA! Was an awesome car but having bought it like that it didn't feel much like my own even after a few changes. So I decided it was time to make my ultimate Honda and swap the engine into a very tidy 98 DC2 which I bought the year before (from Dino on here).

Re: H22 Swapped DC2
I actually remeber that as I dont ask my dad very often as he doesnt have a clue Think I was out at the time buying my old DC2! Around sept 2014?damon wrote:Very cool mate. I recognise your house I collected a ATR gearbox from your dad. Still not fitted it yet lol.

DC2 with JDM front is simply beautiful. I hate these round headlamps on EDM one though. And white is the best color for it
Anyway, how does driving it feels compared to B18 engine? Is it much better? I don't know if we have any H22 DC2 in Poland, so there isn't anyone I can ask around there. The only strange Polish DC2 is the one with K20 engine.
