1 - Yes i must have cranked the enigne for a good 15secs and previously too that i have cranked the enigne alot to kick start the car due to oil pressure, fuel pressure etc from it all being taken apart.BMCC wrote: 1) So have you been cranking the engine alot without it starting?
2) Maybe the cold start is just super rich?
3) Maybe you've got a leak near your o2 sensors: shows lean adds fuel fouls plugs?
4) Maybe it ain't as bad as you are thinking i.e engine isn't going to blow up?
2 - Cold start could be super rich but again why does the A/F state otherwise
3 - I could have a leaky O2 but the whole exhaust was fine before and fine when the MTX o2 sensor was installed. I drove it NA fine but the sensor was not hooked up.
4 - Its got to be something simple.
I really do think the vacuum leaks are causing slightly low compression also not helping the spark plugs.
Its got to be a vacuum leak since the engine did react to carb cleaner.
Ill strip it this weekend and tray again.
