then it has to be a vacuum problem matey thats the only connection between the brakes and the intake

The idle control system has a brake switch signal. The brakes are vacuum assisted so when you put your foot on the brakes the Idle control system will open up the IAC valve so that the car does not stall. Check the brake switch out down by the pedal. Are the brake lights on when the idle kicks off?

at the back of the throttle body it was not lined up right my mate ajusted it by about 1mm and problem gone ;)
you mean the TPS sensor? you adjust it with a multimeter while moving the sensor

which makes sense, by moving it 1mm left or right

Did you re-bleed the coolant system after it had been driven and fully warmed up?
