coilover sleeves are rubbish matey dangerous even. Uprated suspension comes up quite regularly for sale so hold out and spend a bit of money for better results.
There are a few tracklude profiles on here and one or 2 racers so get reading. 8-)

As merc said, get proper coilovers, look at poly bushing and uprated arbs.
Then look at performance side of things later
A good set of track tyres will help immensely.
I have a set of 16" yoko A048s i may be selling

IMO these are what you should be looking at to make the Lude an accomplished track car, and roughly in this order as well:

Basic maintenence, any worn balljoints or bushes will really spoil it
Brakes (good pads Ferodo DS2500 or Hawk HP+, blank OEM style discs, Super DOT 4 fluid, braided hoses)
Decent tyres, no crappy ditch finders
Coilover suspension if possible (BC's, Tein, KSport etc...)
A wheel alignment, makes all the difference
Strut braces, even cheapo Ebay braces are better than nothing
Full polybush kit

You can go mental upgrading, but my advice is to get the basics covered first and leave power mods untill the end.

the lude your tracking is it jdm? if so the manifold will probably hurt performance a little its great as a cheap replacement but the jdm manifold is actually not a bad piece of kit
