That's a very good article. Good find. 
It is heavy compared to the newer K series, but we all knew that.
Good to know when coming to buy an engine hoist and engine stand that the basic 500kg ones will suffice. In fact it would have to be one hell of an engine to justify these 1 and 2 tonne machines!

crikey - didn't know the h22 was that heavy. would explain a lot in terms of the characteristics of the 5th gen lude. very front end heavy

so the 3.5 or 3.7 will only be 30 odd kilos more than the H so a bb4 with a j series will weigh as much as a bb1 with a H
