well im keeping the calipers and the hoses, so i guess i could just try and flatten the pipes with pliers or something after its all off.

Yeah, you could just fold the ends of the pipes over once you've removed them.

But, if it's a scrappy coming to take away the shell, then I doubt they'll care about a few drops of brake fluid.
