Spoon chip - worth fitting?

To clarify - that's In Car Entertainment - not frozen water

Think ill put in the pot lol. Are track jdm is not converted but are jdm spare is ( they are diffrent dails, the spare is the funnky blue light one and the track car is just the normal kind of one) so if i swaped the over wounld that convert it :oops:

Yes but one is convertef is it not converted with something at the back of the dials?

You sure? Every convertor ive removed had 6 wires
They might have 6 but 2 are the pass though so you can cut and wire them in. 4 wires you splice them in without cutting the pos and neg. Depends on the converter

4 wire converter I had in my BB1 before I put the S2000 clocks in and it was made redundant

Thanks for that. My clocks go upto 180 so ill have a converter by my gearbox if im correct. So i still wont get vtec in first no matter what management i use?? Sorry if that sounds dumb but thats as far as i can work out lol.

sorry to but in on this, but mine being a type s... how would i get vtec in first? i cant get a spoon chip as it messes with the atts. :(

I think in your case its either or I'm afraid. Either you sacrifice vtec in first or retain the 112mph limiter because as you say any type of aftermarket ecu etc will lose your atts. I may be wrong though. How do the guys in the USA remap and retain atts?
