Well the BB4's alternator went today so i robbed the one off this one

it did give me the impetus to remove the old bracket and compare it to the new one

weights

thats a saving of 1.6kg

just on a bracket!

Is the lighter bracket a custom made one?

no an innovative one, i got it in the group buy with the mounts.

it also moves the alternator lower to where the A/C pump was. I did this as i a am a little anal about getting as much weight as low down as possible
