why would you clock a car thats already low mileage by 7k miles ? at 6 years old and 14k on the clock that makes no sense

maybe he had to change the clocks for some reason and didn't get the mileage changed :?:

maybe he clocked the clocks before each mot by 20k and once done it buy a bit more ;)

Might have had something to do with the cat d. Still it looks like it went pretty cheap no? Or is that what they go for nowdays.
