Un-bonding lip from bumper?

How would I go about separating a rear lip from the bumper? Its a Euro / bubble rear lip on an OEM bumper

Swap it with someone for one that doesn't have a lip? ..I have a spare one without a lip

I want make rear spats out of the lip

It is a 4th gen bumper / lip.

yeah, heat it up till its soft and you might even get it to pull apart by hand.

Yeah I dont think you have seen it before, its in one of my many piles of Lude parts

It's a black rear bumper with a Euro / Bubble rear lip on it. I got it ages ago, it used to be on JDM-BB4's car.
