You guys have got it all wrong. All that's needed is a Type-R badge on the boot lid. Simples.

Wear slim soled trainers :lol:

I always wear my tae kwon do style trainers while driving, gives you a much better feel for the pedals :geek:

Yeah, did it for a couple of years. I was always on holiday when there was a grading so never made it past green belt. I smashed my finger in a bad accident so wasn't able to go back for about a year and i just ended up not going back.I did enjoy it though, would recommend it to anyone!
The guys in my class were all black belts, 1st dan and 2nd dan so the sparring was awesome. Amazing how quick you learn when you are getting beaten up every week :lol:

I take it you are in to it? I did notice you posted on a couple of martial arts gifs :D

Yeah, I'm a member of the TAGB and currently a red belt. Probably going for my black stripe in a few months time.

me too ;)
red belt and then gave up 2 grades from black :oops:
my son won medals in sparring comps.
our instructor was a black 4th degree decided and had to go to usa for his 5th degree as no one more senior in uk to grade him :lol:
