@Vtecmec: Thanks, Paul :)
@Macky_6: I hope I won't spend too much, yeah :)
@cebul: Thanks for the advice. The idea is that the outer diameter of the dust boot should not be larger than 55mm otherwise the rubber will be torn by the spring. I have some ideas and I'm going to check them while waiting Tanabe dealer to reply.

Update: I received a reply from Tanabe. The helper springs with helper spring seat are $130.00 for a pair. The dust boots are $15 each. At least the latter are cheap enough :)

So how much it cost you full rebuild(painting, new springs, new helpers new nuts holding the springs,dust cover) + purchase?

I belive that will be close to 500-600?

Brand new BC Coilovers cost aboit 550 I think
ludes are ment to be driven, not wanking around on a stand like a Civic.

It would be hard to estimate it as I'm still checking the best offers around. I still hope I will be able to get under the £350 (psychological) barrier :) By the way I think the Civic 1.4i 96-00 rack boot will do the job nicely to replace the dust boots. I will double check this asap.
