Shock Absorber Inserts?

What are Inserts?

My friend found these for his pick-up but
at the beginning of the description it says
'these are inserts';

some of the macpheron struts had inserts which was basically a shock absorber inside the strut

Yeah, just means the shock absorber (insert) can be removed from the shock body.

Twin tube design iirc instead of mono tube.
