No reverse lights

I think it goes into the loom and ECU (although I could be totally wrong) but I thought this was why some engine swaps kill the reverse light..?

I have seen a lot of write ups about about the engine swap thing, I'm wondering now if mine might be a swap as I noticed some connectors under the center console that weren't plugged into anything. will take the center console apart again when the weather is OK and see if they are autobox connectors.

I'm wondering now if that's the case if that could also be the cause of my 4ws problems.
