Confirmed as found:
Pink Panther wrote: It has been found and looks as tho there is no obvious damage to the outside.

Police are doing their forensics on it now but hopefully i should be able to get it to my specialist on Monday/Tuesday to check her over properly.

It was found parked up on a shitty council estate not far from my house so they will have to csi it to catch anyone but they weren't the brightest of crims so the feds should have a fairly easy job.

I am so relieved and I owe a great deal to my local enthusiasts club who were out looking for this car 24/7 for 3 days. Much love.

that is one lucky guy, i had the interior of my xr2i stripped on my drive a few years back they took everything inside as it had the black recaro interior and the police couldnt even find my prints even tho me and my mates had been all over the car the day before doing repairs on it. hope the police are better at it these days

I'm not sure if want it back after its been driven like the cars you see on police camera action.

I don't hold to much confidence in the forensics squad, my dads mondeo was stolen recovered and checked over, some how they brushed the entire car in that dust crap but didn't lift up the boot floor to find the screw driver/pliers/jimmy bar. Abit of an oversight really.

I do hope the suckers are caught but will they even car? Prison sentences seem abit of a joke from what you hear sometimes.
