most tyre garages will be able to carry out a 4 wheel allignment as pretty much all modern cars have rear adjustments. you just need to supply the locking pin. if you are just looking for lowering springs just buy your own set and take to any tyre amd exhaust centre or garage its the same job as replacing a broken spring, if your looking to get coilovers then you will want to find a garage with experience of setting these up.

sorry but not always true  i have OEM shocks with Boge springs at 40mm drop on front and 30mm drop at back ;) and the first tyre place tried tracking without locking pin :x and she crabbed down the road, so back and made them redo foc with pin :P
track was straight but had thrown out my camber so tyres wore very quickly on inside edge so bit the bullet and found a specialist in 4ws and 4wd, paid £80 for all 4 camber and track and now it is spot on :D

most places may have the new supertracker equipment but just not the knowledge or experence of how to use it. you may pay extra but save in the long run against tyre wear ;)
