my housem8 bought 2nd hand hard drive, but I think hes screwed it
he had his old hard drive in the xbox, and borrowed the data usb cable from his m8 which he plugged in to transfer his stuff and now the hard drive is formatted as 32gb usb pen drive not the 120gb it should be.
plugged straight in it wont recognise the hard drive at all, before all this its was fine showing 120gb
from what Ive read on the net, he shouldnt have used the data cable and now the hard drive is screwed.
he should have had the hard drive's the other way round?
used to be option on the 360 to format drives, but thats gone
I think basically the security section of the hard drive is messed up by microsoft because he used the data cable, harsh... really drokking microsoft
I have some programs Xplorer360 and hdiss.bin file but not sure how you do this..
