Thanks for the replies - brakes are still binding...
Regarding the Master Cylinder, it was a new one, I got it from Nathan @ I-Tuned back in June of last year. Although it wasn't a prelude one, it was a 1" cylinder, for a Honda (I forget what model) and brand new.
I have since adjusted the brake pedal actuator rod but all that did was lower the pedal, there is still no play, the pedal is still rock hard and the brakes are still on solid at the front.
I have also completely (5 more litres of dot 4) bled the system again - just to be sure and on the advice of a friend, briefly removed the vacuum pipe from the right of the booster with still no joy..
One thing I have noticed is that when left overnight, the front wheels will spin freely again, but when any pressure is applied to the brake pedal, that locks them up again.
It's left me completely stumped
