I'm wondering about your shocks and springs, my car being a 4g and all.
I have half an eye out for a set of shocks/springs which are lower miles than my own (140K). But I'd be after standard springs - can't have the car any lower because I go up and down a lot of farm tracks at work.
Presumably your Eibachs lower the car?
In which case, I'd be interested in the shocks and stock springs - could take the lot and change the springs over myself. Need to do a bit of research into whether yours fit mine, as it were.
Which 5g model did they come off - I read stories about how 5g Si shocks don't fit 4g cars (or something like that) ...

As per the other guys and you I agree it's a heck of a waste (I can understand wanting a 968 CS too, mind you). I'd probably be the same with too many cars. One plus a bike is fineduckface wrote: There are mushrooms to be had from its interior. Absolutely tragic end to one of the best cars I've driven however it's my bro's responsibility and hasn't moved for a couple of years while he ponces around in a 968 club sport haha. He still reckons he'll get it roadworthy again but now the CS isn't seeing much use either...the only car of his that does get regular use is a crappy ibiza diesel. For me it's a visual representation of the perils of owning too many cars. Other than that the GF has had her name on it for years if only for the pop ups
