I know, on plan it's bigger than the house. Perfect! Dare I say it, too much space!

It has a separate cottage, anyone got some minted parents that are knocking on a bit? Sell up Mum, I'll stick you in the Annex!

That is lovely.

I once worked on a house some investment guy bought. He was always about, using an RS4 to cart about materials

obviously had the money because he bought a 2mil house with masses of land and a boathouse on the river, then knocked it down to make his own... which included a separate 6 car garage with party rooms upstairs

was very cool.
