Defo not. Mine were only really for for the bin. So I put them in the loft?

Probably your only option is to buy some of those Depo ones off Fleabay, use heat gun & pair of screwdrivers to dismantle them & retro-install RHD projectors in them. I did that for the old Civic, years ago.

Or get the guy on Prelude power to make you some.
