ok as some of you are aware im a lazy git, i have a 22 year old cam belt so lets have a poll
1.oldest belt
2. highest milage on one belt

(Last belt made it to a titanic 44K/est. 8 years though

Personally, i wouldnt be driving the car until it was changed. But personal choice...

I can beat that. The cambelt on the Aerodeck was 24 years old when I changed it with 97k on the clocks.

I am sure it must have been changed before with the full Honda service history but there was no mention of a cambelt in there!

When I threw a piston rod in my Accord and mashed the block, it came to a halt fairly quickly from motorway speed - made some drokking horrible noises though. Lesson learnt, check oil regularly

And brakes still work with our without the engine, just take alot more effort than expected.
