STEERING PROBLEM.

still worth having a look at the earth on the 4ws ecu this is a common problem with them. front steering tends to be upper wishbones ball joints have a look see if they are worn. mine just got done for mot and before they were done it did feel like i was tramlining.

found out the problem with the steering, the left hand brake pads are sticking to the caliper, so therefor pulling me to the right, an making the car wonder wen im going round a left hand bend. had to take off the manifold heat plate also as there was a rattle, is it woth buying a stainless steel mainfold?

so 4ws is fixed :D

yeah makes sense with the sticking cailper common fault, especially if stood for a while

dont really need to buy a new manifold unless you want to spend £300 - £500

the ebay stainless stuff rusts quick

think ill pass on the manifold replacement, especilly at the cost :shock: not looking to keep it for that long anyway, wanting a newer 200bhp 1, there much of a diffrence, u know? also are thoese after market wheels u have on ur lude? there mint really sets the car off :)
