to the right buyer, ie someone who wants a tuned h22 engine, I think around 1800. otherwise, on the open market? I think you would be waiting for a while to get 1500, maybe.
Over 2k? not any more.

Remember I ended up selling the type S for my mate at 1800 last summer. that was 64,000m and in tiptop condition with loads of work done. I waited weeks for that buyer and dropped price over 1400£.

i think parts will get you loads more. I have been watching whole cars go for 600 while two of the parts off it will sell for the same. The world has gone super mad. the time is now if you want fun cars cheap.

See what they offer for the car go you as you can buy back.
Cat c or cat d. Get maybe £1800 buy back and then strip the car for parts.
That way will be at least £4k in your pocket.

I was thinking pre damage but I'd be happy with £1800 and the car on the drive TBH

When the front bumper of mine got clipped in tesco, I asked for cash in lieu of repair and I got £1700. I then proceeded to repair the bumper myself.

That was less than a year ago.
