Clutch release bearing

Does anyone no where i can get a clutch release bearing from . Its been noisy for a while now and today got alot worse.
Im only looking to replace the bearing at the minute as im going to Snetterton next sunday and its just to get me out of trouble till i decide what clutch to get.

Cheap from the US. Nachi is apparently one of the brands to get. Not much use if you need it quick though.

I have a spare one at work mate that came with the LSD box I got off pete106. I have a new one with my accord clutch kit I have bought. Ill find it today and get it posted tomorrow for the postage cost if you want?
