2 screws in the wheel arch the captive plastic screws across the front 2 bolts on the tie bars to the slam panel. then remove the indicators use a ratchet and extension to remove the 2 bolts holding the bumper support bar that hide behind the indicators, then there is a nut just behind each headlight that needs removing. Finally the fixings to the undertray then pull the whole bumper forward it will come out with the nostrils

There is a nut on the inside of the engine bay, it's a long bolt attached to the bumper bar which slides through.

There should be one underneath each headlight, you can get at it easily with a spanner.

A design flaw of the 4th is that to get the bumper off you need to take the front indicators out. But the indicator screws are often rusted in place  I have replaced my screws with a bolt and nut.

Once the bumper is off you can access the 4 bolts that hold the bumper beam to the chassis. Then you can undo the final two nuts in the engine bay.

The other way to do it is to remove the under tray as you can then get to the bumper bar bolts that way. But again the screws and crappy little clips are rusted in place, and there are lots of them.
