Anyone else think they might be a little alcohol dependent?

Banter goes here, and doesn't have to be Lude related

I'd have lost my lunch and gone home before getting like that

He should've crawled up the hill though, although he's probably past using his brain!

On the subject of beer, has anyone seen that they've combined Fosters with cloudy lemonade? I'm ashamed to say I'm really tempted (my dad gives me jobby for drinking Fosters  ). Looked like a really nice drink for being outdoors in the sun working on the cars though

Does cloudy lemonade and beer a shandy make?? :? The local pubs always use sprite or the squirty tap thing

Gotta love the turbo shandy, problem is they won't be conducive to my efforts at car repairs

Ill drink on most of my days off same as you either carlesberg or carling of fosters depends on what the deal is. Don't drink often on a work night unless I'm on a late shift the next day but doing the job I do you need a drink to make everything go away! So I'd say I'm the same as you mate don't worry your not alone!

At one point I was drinking 8 pints of stella a night and getting up for work the next day, then more at weekends

Resulted in one damaged liver, 6 months without a drop over a christmas/new year period and a blood test every month

Lesson learned, Liver healed thank f00k

I still love beer, if it tasted as it does but you didn't get drunk I'd still drink it. Beck's Blue is the best non alcoholic stuff I've had, but still lacks something.

I still drink, but not if i'm working..

I'm not working tomorrow :D Cheers
I agree about Beck's Blue - it's really quite a pleasant drink.

I used to drink like that (worse!), many years ago, but am more of a moderate, regular now.

I actually found that it was carbohydrate intolerance, rather than drinking, which made me feel worse - I don't get hangovers as such. But I always felt shit until almost exactly midday, irrespective. Now I'm nowhere near as bad. Even if I went a little bit bender on the wine...

I only drink probably once a week, I used to drink a lot more when I was younger (I think we all did  )

I have a friend of the family who drinks a few cans a night, he has done for a long time.....he's now 47 and he's drokked. Bad liver and other health issues now. Personally, I don't think you should be drinking every night as it will get to a point where you'll need alcohol to function.
