@Shiny I just have a no name (although pretty effective) pressure washer, can you get universal snow foam attachments etc?
Or would I need to be one of the Karcher gang?

Most sellers will be able to find a connector suitable for your pressure washer.

Have a word with Mark @ Autobrite, he will be able to sort you out, you can even email a picture of your lance connection type and he will match it with the right connector

Autobrite's Magifoam is also excellent, one of the best, but personally i find Chemical Guys' No Touch Snow Foam as tad better, and it smells a bit better too.
