Bak h22a has decided it doesn't have vtec oh new limiter 6.5

^^ I would go with this. If the car has been sitting for a while the oil may have sludged up a bit. The subsequent oil change many not have got all the gunk out, another quick oil change may solve it.

Get some engine flush in there too ;)
I hit the limiter in my h23 vtec still didn't kick in

Was told engine flush is a no no as it never is fully removed with a oil change, this is why im doing another oil change at the end of the month to let the current new halfords oil that is circulating a chance to pick up all the gunk and jobby to flush it out to be replaced with the lovely new oil i will be purchasing very soon. Still cant make my mind up on what oil i want to use ? lol.
On a up beat vtec seems to be back again. I know this mite sound stupid but it dosent feel as strong some times?? Could be in my head lol.
Will get round to putting vtec light in this weekend, this is a really good idea.

Iv always used forte flush and never had any problems and it makes a hell of a difference gets all the gunk out

Flush it is then. Sounds like a good idea. Hopefully this will kick the problem.
