Very clean.
:?
Thanks Donald. I am slightly disturbed in that I think I know where you're going with that :?

I also especially appreciate it as I know you will have experienced the crushing melancholy of seeing her eventual demise.

great story too, some times you just got to go with gut reaction, i did the same. 7.5 hour train journey, with no chance of getting back home if it was a wrongun. but as luck has it. they are both right-uns :D fantastic example. :D
:D Nice to know I'm not the only one. Yours sounds even riskier! :D

PS. Perhaps just as well I don't think he's spotted that comment :?

:zip: We're still not speaking about that, mate  :(

The lude continues largely unchanged, but all good. :) Just up to 60k miles.

The LJKS I lent to a friend and it hasn't come back yet.

Hope all well down there :) (Um, when I say "Down there" I don't mea.... oh never mind).

yes,, all O.K. 'down here' shame about CBR, taking front wheel off soon for new tyre, otherwise clean and ready to ride.. Love to see more recent pics of your 'lude, met Wayne today, pics of my 3g posted by him. Googled LJKS , quite a colourful character, I remember some of his writings, had a CBX1000 at one time, he loved all things Honda, and I believe was a great exponent of 4ws even in its 3g guise.

Sounds like you're set for enjoying the FJ as the weather starts to improve :)

I think "Colourful character" must fit Setright as well as anything. You'll probably also be aware of his love for the NSX. I remember an article of his explaining why a feet first Honda scooter, with low (Possibly below the legs) handlebars was such an elegant engineering approach. I didn't know he'd had a CBX1000, but it doesn't surprise me. Also a Hi-Fi buff. And quite a fierce driver, I gather.

I think someone on here wrote this, but, embarrassingly, my memory fails me and I can't remember who...

Will keep an eye open for your 3G pics. More of mine - or possibly the bike - probably later in the year.

That's the article I picked up on through Google. He was described in one article as once having an accident on his six cylinder Honda motorcycle, nothing else it could be other than a CBX. Also saw the bit about his love of NSX's. I'm no hi fi buff, but knew immediately that a Linn Sondec meant he was a connoisseur. With any luck, new tyre for the FJ in the next week to 10 days, and off I go. Love to see 'photos of the 5g and the CBR, irrespective of its current condition. No digital 'photos of the fj at present, but will rectify that soon. Pics of my 3g should still be viewable as myself and Wayne met up today, his also in same images.
