Retrofit dash dimmer switch?

Is the wiring in place in the pre-facelift 4g for the dash dimmer switch near the handbrake? there is an unused plug under my switch panel but not sure if its for that or something else.

ive gt a spare plug too but dnt know what its for as mine is the pre facelift
