deffo worth moving that weight to the back axle. not much better distribution but a bit is enough.

LOL, in what world is removing your OEM battery and battery tray "half way through" :P

 Half the prep then :P .
it was at the point i realised i needed skills past those of 'strip stuff out' that i decided it was a job best finished by a pro.
I had planned it all out and got to the point of fixing stuff down when i thought about the safety aspects of the mod i was doing :o that was the clincher. fiery car at the side of the road or safe battery install.

hard decision.

You mean you didn't like the idea of a cable tied battery smacking you in the back of the head and covering you in acid when you hit the brakes hard....... where's your adventurous spirit gone

I had plans. a few cable ties to be sure.

it was the  of standing by in a tesco's carpark as it burned because my earth had been dodgy or my cable compromised :o

worth every penny to be able to point the finger elsewhere

i love the little branded cable clips you used. uber :ugeek: and uber 8-)

weight a minute i feel the wait of your argument is outwade by the use of your syntax...

Porch maybe (sorry porsche) remember the type S has an extra 25kg stashed up front for the atts. moving 20kg back has to better than leaving it there. it also puts it in the middle rather than on the drivers side with the gearbox. only a bit but a more neutral car is what you get.
