Oh yeah me being stupid again yeah those pin locators were really stiff as wen putting caliper back on it was hard to push them back in to fit caliper on

Yeah i think it might be a problem with those slider pins now its been mentioned paul. i would take the carrier off and try and take them apart to grease them or something maybe?

Yeah beginging to think that too well if it ever stops raining ill try again tomm plus what honda hardy said about winding piston out 1/4 of a turn :D

if you can get the pins out of the sliders, run a drill bit in the holes in the carrier, than stuff loads of copper grease in the hole to lubricate the pin.

dont forget to pump the pedal loads of times before operating the handbrake.

this is what you are looking for.

you need to pull these out and clean them up with sand paper.

the holes these go into need reaming out with the drill bit.

plus if you are coming our way for that rear bumper m8. in the garage i have a set of known good discs and rear carriers with working slider pins ;)
