higher comp matey so better performance but might need some mods to your rods to fit and possibly new rings you would have to have them inspected by whoever is building the engine

Yep as Merc said they will give you a higher compression ratio. Am I right in thinking yours is a uk car?

I THINK the uk models have a lower compression ratio than the JDM models which in turn have a lower compression ratio than the Accord type r so you should see some good gains from swapping over to these pistons :)
