mine is a '99 not sure if it is a a8 tho i get the H22 bit but dunno much about the last bit

Yours is an auto so has the A5.

Hey how much of a job would it be to fit these and would I need anything else?

As far as I know they are a straight swap. I'd put new rings on them and obviously you would need gaskets amd headbolts etc from stripping the engine to fit them
