
I am fairly sure that if you fit a set of ukdm el dials then u can remove the convertor chip altogether - can anyone verify this.
I have one of Robs V2 Spoon chips in the ecu so im assuming i will get vtec in first as well

At the moment the ecu is throwing a cel light once the engine gets to temp and the car is struggling to keep the revs up when its stationary. I havent been able to get a code using the paperclip test

updaqte - CEL light was due to loose connection at VSS so fixef that and cut out convertor chip at same time and fitted UKDM EL dials - result vtec in 1st, Dials reading in MPH , Bo limiter and no CEL.
