Only 20 cars on track y/day! :o

Bloody hot & tyres only coped with 3 quick laps before going off.

Was one of the slowest cars there & driving standards were high, so I couldn't join
the fun as much as I wanted :(

I've now sold the Prelude to make way for a Crx race car - mixed emotions I must admit, as the Prelude's
a great car.

However, I'm sure @luigi33 will be happy to continue the adventure instead ;) :lol:

Thanks for selling the car today Tom. I had to get out of there pretty sharpish as thought you were going to change your mind :D

Car seems well sorted and was happier driving this car home than some more expensive cars I have bought. The car will get looked after I'm a car hyperiac so usually spend more than a cars worth looking after it. Will keep updates going and look forward to driving it at Llandow on Saturday.

Didn't realise that the VTEC was such a great engine, how did I miss out on this back in 90s

Thought it was about time that I updated this thread and checked with vtectom and good for me to keep this thread going, thanks :)

I have now used the car faultlessly at Llandow, Donington park and Castle combe which is a credit to the way its been looked after.

Just put some fresh 10w-40 Mobil 2000 oil and MTF-3 gearbox oil change.
My plans over the winter are to get the wheel bearings replaced and to treat the rust (once we move and have a garage).

Here are some action shots from Donington Park;
