well my feet are really sensitive so when im stood in teh bath im like, hmm is that too hot or not? so i give him an initial test dunk, take a second to judge the pain level then if its manageable i go for a secondary, longer dunk,

  love how nitins post has just been shimmed out the way.

Baths are for luddites.

the only way I get into a pool of hot water is if its got bubbles running through it. jack-uzi or nothing. We are not northern after all. :P well I'm not.

Showers are the way forward.

I like to give the old chap a wash in the sink before i got to bed just incase she's in need of a protein infusion. cant be doing with all that giggling in the evening but if she's hungry i feel its my duty to offer a clean and tasty meal.
6th gen Prelude please Mr Honda. RWD 2.4 turbo lude.

Got to agree with LLL, sitting in the bath means you're basically having a lie down in a gentleman's sausage and arse combo soup. Showers wash the nasty away instead:) I only bath if I've a hurt a muscle or something, otherwise it's 1 or 2 showers a day for me!

And sorry Nitin, now that the issue of bath v shower is sorted, those rivets look great :) are they expensive though??

Annnnd back to bathing

If I have a bath I always have a shower rinse afterwards, I'm right there with you on the washing in your own grime thing.

I do like an afternoon nap in the bath though. Plug every gap around the door and get it more humid than the Congo. Probably why my sash window is always stuck

I don't even have a TV but I do have two bathrooms :? The mrs can be showering downstairs and I can be in the bath upstairs and we can talk through the ceiling/floor since they're above/below eachother

Hopefully not a euphemism.

I do the same, but am I the only person who goes dizzy as hell when getting showered after a bath?

Of course *controversy alert* it could be argued that in climates where water quality is variable, in a shower one will inhale all the badness... this works especially well in this country for Legionella of course. (Always purge before showering if your hotel room looks like it's not been used in ages).

You really need to put a glass floor in to make this work well.

Edit: and a glass bath
