Help!! Wheel problem

Post by Therealjj91 » Sat Nov 02, 2013 5:48 pm

I purchased a set of alloys off a 5th gen lude to replace the ones on mine but they needed repairing so I got them repaired and re painted but didn't realise until after that the alloys on my car are 5 stud and the new ones are 4 stud  is there anything I can do to make them fit or am I screwed :|

It'll mean new disc all round and a lot of work.

You can get hub adaptors but they'll be like £200 iirc plus they add 20mm ish to your width which looks cool but puts strain on the bearing but not a big deal imo
236bhp and 170ft/lb stock

or redrill the current ones

there may also be an issue with driveshafts as the widths are slightly different on the 5th gen vs 4th gen

how about a 2ltr 5th gens hubs?

Or, you could just sell the freshly refurbed alloys for profit & buy another set which are compatible with your current hubs. Might be more cost-effective?
