10x1.25 self locking nut have to be tightened on lowered car unless you are using polibushes. And yes it's real pain in arse to do it. With other it doesn't make a different

Yes that is the key. Don't use any excessive force as they are quite easy to bend. Best way IMHO will be to remove the boot and gently put them back in.
Other think at last one probably just slip from spider so take extra care and don't install it upside down. They will go in but as quick as you lower you'r car they willget damaged.
Take a can of beer, extra patient and good luck. I know this pain ;)

Very useful info there, cheers mate :) I have a feeling my rollers may be buggered, but luckily I think I have spares somewhere. In the meantime I just need this thing rolling so will get on it tomorrow evening and see how things go.
